1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MCP Gateway ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MCP Gateway is an OAuth-protected aggregation service that provides authenticated access to multiple Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. The Service acts as a gateway, routing authenticated requests to upstream MCP service providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate authentication information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or authentication requirements
• Not abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Not use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Comply with the terms of service of upstream MCP providers

4. Authentication and Access

Access to the Service requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
• All activities that occur under your authenticated session
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party MCP providers (Context7, Firecrawl, Linkup, OpenMemory, Perplexity). Your use of these services through the gateway is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service operators and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service operators and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
